Ly Son island to develop ‘green and clean'

The Thien Tan Group in Quang Ngai and Nikken Sekken Civil Engineering Limited Company from Japan inked an agreement on a consultancy and planning project for Ly Son Island, 30km offshore from Quang Ngai Province.
